Excelsior manufactures press tools, die casting moulds, plastic injection moulds, gauges, fixtures, special purpose machines (SPMs), and conveyor systems. We also offer reverse engineering, fabrication, and rapid prototyping through in-house 3D printing.

Our Wire EDM and surface grinding achieve accuracy down to 5 microns. Achievable tolerance is ±0.01 mm. We verify every component with calibrated metrology equipment including a Mitutoyo micrometer (0.001 mm least count) and an Electronica Ultima M450 2D height master.
Our shop floor includes two Wire EDM machines (Electronica Ultima OS and Berlin FDK7750), a Fostek EDM drill, two VMCs (HAAS TM-1 and Jyoti RDX 30), a BFW Neo 2050 turning centre, a surface grinder, and a Form 3B 3D printer. This makes Excelsior the first in-house machining setup of its kind in Goa.
